No, it is not possible to bend fire, water, air, or earth in the way that is often depicted in fantasy or fiction. These elements are governed by the laws of physics and cannot be manipulated in the way that is commonly portrayed in stories. However, there are scientific and practical ways to interact with and harness the power of these elements, such as through chemistry, hydrology, meteorology, and geology. **

To bend a PE water pipe using hot air, you will need a heat gun or a similar tool to heat the section of the pipe you want to bend. Apply the hot air evenly to the desired area until the pipe becomes soft and pliable. Once the pipe is heated enough, carefully bend it to the desired shape and hold it in place until it cools and retains the new shape. Be cautious not to overheat the pipe, as this can cause damage or deformities. **

One can bend water using static electricity. By rubbing a comb or balloon against a material like wool or fur, it becomes charged with static electricity. When the charged object is brought near a stream of water, the water molecules are attracted to the charged object and are pulled slightly towards it, causing the stream of water to bend. This is due to the polar nature of water molecules, which allows them to be attracted to charged objects. **

As an AI language model, I cannot make a diagnosis on someone's mental health. It's important to remember that mental health is a complex and sensitive issue, and it's not appropriate to make assumptions about someone's mental state based on their public persona. It's also important to approach discussions about mental health with empathy and understanding, and to avoid stigmatizing language or attitudes. Instead of speculating about Kanye West's mental health, it's more productive to focus on supporting those who may be struggling and promoting open conversations about mental health. **

In Clash of Clans, the Earthquake spell only affects ground structures and does not have any impact on air defenses or troops. It is specifically designed to deal damage to buildings and walls on the ground. Players can use other spells like Lightning or Poison to target air units. **

The bending of water in a glass is due to a phenomenon called refraction. When light passes from one medium to another, such as from air to water, it changes speed and direction, causing the light rays to bend. This bending of light rays is what makes the water appear to bend at the surface of the glass. The amount of bending depends on the difference in the refractive indices of the two mediums. **
